| Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on SOD and VEGF of acute cerebral ischemia in rats,to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of acute cerebral ischemiaMethods:Healthy SD rats,to be divided into five groups:cerebral ischemia group(model group),Xinnaotongluo-solution high-dose group(high-dose group),Xinnaotongluo-solution low-dose group(low-dose group), BuChang-Naoxintong in the control group(control group),sham-operation group(sham group).Establish the MCAO model of focal acute cerebral ischemia in rats,and the test change of contents of SOD,VEGF at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:1.The effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on SOD activeties of cerebral ischemia in rats:compared with sham group,after cerebral ischemia 6h,the activeties of SOD of model group began reducing,of which the lowest appeard at 24h(p<0.01).The activeties of SOD in all the treatment groups are higher than model group,especially the high-dose group(P<0.01).2.The effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on VEGF of cerebral ischemia in rats:compared with sham group,after cerebral ischemia 6h,the content of VEGF of model group began reducing,of which the lowest appeard at 24h(p<0.01).The content of VEGF in all the treatment groups are higher than model group,especially the high-dose group(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.Xinnaotongluo-solution can significantly rise SOD activeties of acute cerebral ischemia rats,And to the inhibition of the damages caused by oxidative free radicals,protecting nerve cell.2.Xinnaotongluo-solution can rise the content of VEGF which secreted by body,to achieve its neuroprotective effect in actute cerebral ischemia,and effectively to reduce the focal cerebral ischemic injury. |
