The Effect Of Xin Naotongluo Solution On NO And ICAM-1 Of Acute Cerebral Ischemia In Rats

Objective:To explore the effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on NO and ICAM-1 of cerebral ischemia in rats,and to set the theory on the use of the drugs on.cerbral infarction.Methods:The SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operated group(sham group),high-dose group,low-dose group,cerebral ischemia group and Bu Changnaoxintong group(BC group).Establish the focal cerebral ischemia of middle cerebral artery model,and then test the change of contents of NO and ICAM-1 at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:The effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on NO of cerebral ischemia in rats Compared with sham group,after 6-hour-cerebral ischemia,the content of NO of cerebral ischemia group began rising,of which the peak appeared at the 24th hour.(P＜0.01)After 6h and 12h- focal cerebral ischemia, the contents of NO of respectively high-dose group and low-dose group all degraded in comparison to the cerebral ischemia group at the same time, however,the statistic result between high-dose group and low-dose group is not significant(P＞0.05).The contents of NO of focal cerebral ischemia in 24h also degrade(P＜0.01)oThe effect of Xin Naotongluo Solution on ICAM-1 of cerebral ischemia in rats.Compared with sham group,after 6-hour-focal cerebral ischemia,the content of ICAM-1 of cerebral ischemia group began rising,of which the peak appeared at the 24th hour(P＜0.01).The contents of ICAM-1 of respectively high-dose group and low-dose group degraded in different degrees in comparison to the cerebral ischemia group,especially in high-dose group (P＜0.01),furthermore,the content of ICAM-1 in high-dose group is obviously lower than in low-dose group after 12h and 24h- focal cerebral ischemia (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Mitigating the contents of NO of 24h - focal cerebral ischemia in rats,Xin Naotongluo Solution can mitigate the effect of cytotoxicity to protect the neuron effectively. Xin Naotongluo Solution,Mitigating the content of ICAM-1 in brain tissue, mitigates inflammatory lesion to mitigate ischemic damage resulting in focal cerebral ischemia.
