Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of Xinnaotongluo solution on OX-LDL and PECAM-1 of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats,to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Healthy SD rats,to be randomly divided into five groups:cerebral ischemia group(model group),Xinnaotongluo-solution high-dose group(high-dose group),Xinnaotongluo-solution low-dose group (low-dose group),BuChang-Naoxintong in the control group(control group), sham-operation group(sham group).Establish the MCAO model of focal acute cerebral ischemia in rats,and the test change of contents of OX-LDL and PECAM-1 at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:1.The effect of Xinnaotongluo solution on OX-LDL of acute Phase cerebral isehemia in rats:compared with the sham group.The contents of OX-LDL of respectively high-dose group and low-dose group all degraded in comparison to the cerebral ischemia group at the same time,however,the statistic result between high-dose group and control group is not significant (P<0.05).The contents of OX-LDL of foeal cerebral ischemia in 24h also degrade(P<0.01)。2.The effect of Xinnaotongluo solution on PECAM-1 of cerebral ischemia in rats:compared with sham group,6h after cerebral ischemia,the content of PECAM-1 in model group began reducing,while the lowest point appeard at 24h(p<0.01).The content of PECAM-1 in all the treatment groups are higher than model group,especially the high-dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Reduceing the contents of OX-LDL of 24h-foeal cerebral isehemia in rats,XinNaotongluo Solution can mitigate the effect of cytotoxicity to protect the neuron effectively. 2.XinNaotongluo Solution,mitigating the content of PECAM-1 in plasma,mitigates inflammatory lesion to mitigate ischemie damage resulting in foeal cerebral isehemia.
