Shock is a critical clinical syndrome, found in a wide range of clinical subjects. Burn shock them because of their complexity and specificity, treatment is difficult, and many data indicate that: burn patients survive if they can not smooth the shock stage, will be vulnerable to infection and organ failure.Blood vessels of early burn shock is a serious involvement of the organ, one of the most obvious, whether it is a wide range of post-burn increase in vascular permeability, or coagulation, anticoagulation and vascular tone dysfunction disorders, are currently considered to vascular injury, particularly vascular endothelial cells closely related to injury. Vascular endothelial cells after burn injury is dysfunction of microcirculation, and ultimately create the basis of organ failure. Study on vascular endothelial cells after burn injury mechanisms and the use of effective protection of vascular endothelial cells of drugs or other measures to reduce complications of severe burns to improve the treatment of large area burn rate of one of the keys.To be through the establishment of the experimental burn model in rabbits to observe the early stage of severe burn injury of vascular endothelial cells Shenmai injection changes and the role of the intervention for severely burned patients a better understanding of early vascular endothelial cell injury and choice of features to provide better treatment the exact basis of the theory and experiment.Methods1, 10 rabbits were made of 30% TBSAIII degree scald (scald with 92℃water bath) model, without any treatment after burn. In burn injuries before and after 0h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h-phase extracted rabbit carotid blood testing endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO) and the ratio between the two levels, while observing the corresponding time points in rabbits under normal circumstances. Animals were sacrificed after 48h, check under the observation lens aortic endothelial cell morphology and ultrastructure changes. 2, Injury leave will be divided into groups of rabbits (10), scald group (8) and Shenmai group (10). Group 2 made after 30% total body surface area (TBSA) III degree scald (scald with 92℃water bath) model, false injury group at 37℃injury process simulation. Combine the characteristics of human burn shock, we infer the rabbit induced by burn shock model can successfully simulate the shock of people burned at the time of the pathophysiology of the evolution of the process of change and disease.2, Can be simulated through the establishment of the law of development of post-burn were scalded rabbit animal model of septic shock and found that after injury, serum ET-1, NO levels and ET-1 / NO significantly increased endothelial cell structure was severely damaged; Shenmai injection solution can reduce severely scalded rabbit early serum ET-1 and NO levels, adjusted ET-1 / NO ratio, thus improving the general severely burned rabbits and reduce the damage of vascular endothelial cells.Experimental animals as a result of low, as well as the impact of experimental conditions there is no clear conclusion, it needs more precise results of further research.Research and Innovation1, found in ET-1 / NO system disorders may be the early stage of severe burn injury in vascular endothelial cells the key link;2, found Shenmai injection may balance the ET-1 / NO system in vascular endothelial cells play a role in effective protection.
