Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos in rectal carcinoma tissue, analyze their relationships and the correlation between clinical and pathological data.To explore the correlation between the combined expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos and differenced depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis of rectal carcinoma cells,as well as to find out the effective and objective parameters for anticipation of rectal carcinoma.Method:We test the expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos in the tissue of 80 rectal carcinoma and 20 normal tissue by the side of rectal carcinoma with immunohistochemistry S-P means, and combine the clinical, pathological parameters, depth of invasion and conditions of lymphatic metastasis to make statistical analysis and comparison.Result:1.There is a correlation between the positive expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos proteins in rectal carcinoma, depth of invasion,TNM and lymphatic metastasis.(P<0.05).2.The combined expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos in the rectal carcinomoa can make it develop to the chorion invasion, worse TNM and lymphatic metastasis3.There is positive correlation between the expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos in the rectal cancinomoa(P<0.05,r_s>0).4.The single factoe of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos is not the independent dangerous factor for rectal cancinomoa's chorion invasion, but c-fos is the independent dangerous factor for rectal cancinomoa's lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion:The expression of VEGF,p53,CD34 and c-fos is higher in the rectal cancinoma with chorion invasion and lymphatic metastasis, and the cooperation expression of them makes the tumour's chorion invasion and lymphatic metastasis more easly.
