Objective: Rectal cancer is one of the most common worldwide, of gastrointestinal cancer, rectal cancer incidence with changes in lifestyle and diet rising, has risen to fourth place。Lymphatic metastasis has become an important factor in the prognosis of rectal cancer. In rectal cancer in the lymph node metastasis, the study investigated the podoplanin and vascular endothelial growth in rectal cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, differentially expressed in normal rectal tissue factor VEGF-C \ D and, for the study of lymphatic metastasis in rectal cancer provides forms in accordance with。Method: Select the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College in January 2013--2013 December resected rectal cancer and cancer of lymph node specimens,Whichever archival paraffin blocks 60 cases of rectal tissue and corresponding normal paraffin blocks 10 cases 。 According to the results of pathology specimens were divided into groups of lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis. The two groups were detected by SP biopsy specimens of vascular endothelial growth factor C and D and Podoplanin expression, Detection of cancer and adjacent tissues in the lymphatic microvessel density(lymphatic microvessel density, LMVD). Results: No lymph node metastasis in VEGF-C, VEGF-D expression rate was significantly lower than that of lymph node metastasis(P <0 05.); Normal rectal tissue VEGF-C, VEGF-D expression was significantly lower rectal cancer, adjacenttissues(P <0. 01);VEGF-C and VEGF-D expression in cancer tissues and was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis.Podoplanin on lymphatic endothelial cells were positive for expression, and no expression of vascular endothelial cells,Micro lymphatic counting, VEGF-C, VEGF-D positive group LMVD values were significantly higher than those in the negative;Meanwhile in lymph node metastasis group than in the group without metastasis lower(P <0.01). Conclusion: Rectal cancer tissue VEGF-C, VEGF-D expression was significantly higher than normal rectal tissue.2.Podoplanin for specific lymphatic endothelial markers selectively expressed in rectal cancer tissue lymphatic endothelium, as a sign to identify vessels and lymphatics.3.VEGF-C,VEGF-D expression LMVD value positive group was significantly higher than those in the negative group; at the same time without lymph node metastasis were lower than the transfer,Speculated that promote synergy between the increasing number of lymphatic vessels, which led to colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis possible...
