| Objectives:To investigate the pathogenesis of premature rupture of membrane (PROM),of starting of birth process and of subclinical chorioamnionitis by detecting the expression of extraceUular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(EMMPRIN) and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) in fetal membrane from patients with premature rupture of membrane and subclinical chorioamnionitis.And discussing the relevance between the two factors.Methods:Dual control is adopting.PROM is study group(vaginal delivery). Puerperants who were at term in labor with intact membranes are the control group 1(vaginal delivery).Unparturient puerperants are control group 2(cesarean section delivery).The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in the fetal membrane from the three groups were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry.And subclinical chorioamnionitis or not subclinical chorioamnionitis were diagnosed by HE among forty-eight puerperants.They were divided into two groups.The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 were detected between the two groups. These experimental data were analized by the software SPSS 13.0.Results:(1)The expressions at different level of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in each group were found.(2)The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane of the study group are higher than those of the control group 1 obviously,and their differences are significant in statistics(p<0.001).(3)The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane of the study group are higher than those of the control group 2 obviously,and their differences are significant in statistics(p<0.001).(4)The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane of the control group 1 are higher than those of the control group 2 obviously,and their differences are significant in statistics(p<0.001).(5)The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane of subclinical chorioamnionitis group are higher than those of Non-chorioamnionitis group obviously,and the differences are significant in statistics(p<0.001).(6)The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane between premature rupture of membranes group and Non-premature rupture of membranes group is positive correlation(r=0.77,p<0.001;r=0.96,p<0.001),and between subclinical chorioamnionitis group and Non-chorioamnionitis group is positive correlation(r=0.95,P<0.001;r=0.97,P<0.001).Conclution:Before starting the birth process,the higher expression of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane may lead to premature rupture of membrane(PROM) and subclinical chorioamnionitis.The normal expression of EMMPRIN and MMP-9 in fetal membrane of full-term pregnancy may arouse delivery and promote the progress of birth process.EMMPRIN may increase the expression of MMP-9 in fetal membrane of PROM and subclinical chorioamnionitis. |
