Purpose:To examine related factors of their home environment, lung capacity and cytokine on the child with ADHD,and provide scientific clues for its prevention and treatment.Method:The Child with ADHD aged from 6 to 10 years old were diagnosed according to the Diagnostic Criteria of DSM-Ⅳ,and normal children as control group were 1:1 matched according to the sex and the age.IQ of the child was tested with Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices, and motor skill was evaluated with Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance text. The child's living environment and habit was asked by self-made questionnaire;the breathing rate and amplitude was tested with biofeedback equipment, and the breathing capacity was tested with wind velocity indicator; the content of HIF-1αin the blood serum was detected with ELISA,and the content of nitrogen monoxidum was detected.Results:1.Compared with the normal group,in the child of ADHD group, there was more that with three generations living under the same roof, with high family income, with poor parents' educational background, with scolding upbringing;however, between the two groups there was no significant difference in the per capita living space.2.Compared with the normal group, there was more children in the child of ADHD group such items as drinking milk before sleeping, watching TV over 1 hour before bedtime, taking over more than 15 minutes to fall asleep, with more urination, sleep in prone position, snoring, breathing with mouth, breathing holding, dreaming and without independent room.3.In the child of ADHD group, there were more that with poor coordinated motion.4.The breating rate of the child with ADHD was significantly higher than normal children, while the breathing extent and max exhaling flow rate were significantly lower than normal one.5.The breathing extent and max exhaling flow rate was changed higher after three interventions such as breathing gymnastics, blow wind velocity indicator and breathing gymnastics combined with blow wind velocity indicator, and the intervention of breathing gymnastics combined with blow wind velocity indicator had the best effect.6.Only after the combined intervention of breathing gymnastics and blow wind velocity indicator, the ICA-CPT quotient of FSRCQ,RSAQ,ARCQ,VRCQ,AAQ,VAQ have significant deviation, while the ICA-CPT quotient have no statistically significant after alone intervention.7.The content of HIF-1αin the normal child had no difference in the sex and the age, and the content of HIF-1αin blood serum was higher in the child of ADHD group.IQ and IVA-CPT quotient was significant negative correlated with the content of HIF-1α.8.The content of Nitrogen Monoxidum in blood serum was higher in the child of ADHD group,in normal group the content of Nitrogen Monoxidum have no difference in sex and age.IQ and IVA-CPT quotient was significant negative correlated with the content of Nitrogen Monoxidum.9.In ADHD group, the content of Nitrogen Monoxidum was linear correlated with the content of HIF-1α.Conclusion:1.Three generations living under the same roof, excessive material supply, poor parent's education background and a scolding upbringing were the influence factors of ADHD.2.Lower lung capacity was the main factors of ADHD,and can cause slight cerebral anoxia.3.In the data, the content of HIF-1αin normal child aged from 6 to 10 was 20.38±11.80 pg/ml,that can be used in the clinic.4.In the data, the content of NO in serum was 28.38±9.72 umol/l for child aged from 6 to 10 years, and showed that the content of NO in serum of normal population had different in the age. 5.In the child of ADHD group, the content of HIF-1αand Nitrogen Monoxidum was significant low, which showed that HIF-1αand Nitrogen Monoxidum were related with the pathogenesis of ADHD.
