Background and PurposesThe overall incidence of malignant bone tumors was not high,but the patients often caused by physical disability even life-threatening.In recent years,surgery,new adjuvant chemotherapy,such as the application of a comprehensive treatment of malignant bone tumors makes the five-year survival rate significantly improved,but Chinese medicine as a treatment for malignant tumors as part of comprehensive treatment,it shows an unique effect and advantage in the respects of stable,reducing the side effects of radiotherapy,prolong survival time and improving quality of life.As the conditions for various reasons,Chinese medicine for the study of malignant bone tumors are relatively lagging behind,and the evolution of their syndrome pathogenesis is also a lack of systematic understanding.Chinese medicine efficacy and mechanism of the role of experimental studies have yet to be verified and explored further.Accordingly,this study intends to combine the use of modern mathematical epidemiological methods to investigate the initial chemotherapy of malignant bone tumors Circuit TCM Syndrome period of classification and distribution.ParticipantsThe purpose of this study was selected in December 2006-2009 in April a total of 100 cases of patients are derived from in-patients in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM.MethodsExtensive literature review on the basis of the combination of expert advice,design,"malignant bone tumors of TCM Syndrome Information Collection Form"using the method of cross-sectional study of 100 cases of chemotherapy in patients with malignant bone tumors to investigate the use of statistical software for survey SPSS13.0 data entry,verification, on the establishment of four diagnostic information database using descriptive analysis,cluster analysis method for statistical analysis.ResultsGroup carried out through the heart of further descriptive and cluster analysis,and finally combined with professional knowledge,the initial development of malignant bone tumors in chemotherapy TCM Syndrome dialectical standards.Malignant bone tumors in chemotherapy period syndrome in nine categories,Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,Deficiency of both vital energy and Yin,Splenasthenic fluid-retention,Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome is malignant bone tumors chemotherapy common syndrome,Blood deficiency,Essence loss of kidney-yin deficiency of liver,Spleen kidney yang deficiency,Damp-heat gluing each other for the chemotherapy of malignant bone tumors period can be witnessed.
