Based On The Theory Of "Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney",Clinical Research Of The Effect Of Jianpi Yishen Decoction On Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy In Malignant Tumors

Objective:Under the guidance of the mentor's "spleen and kidney same treatment" ideology,the Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in bone marrow suppression of malignant tumor after chemotherapy was treated with jianpi yishen decoction prepared by the mentor experience formula.The effects of the two groups were compared by observing the effects of white blood cells,neutrophils,platelets,TCM syndromes(spleen and kidney deficiency),and PS scores.Methods: 48 cases were included and randomly divided into treatment group(24)and control group(24).The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Decoction,while the control group was not given oral Chinese medicine.The observation period was 14 days.Blood routines(WBC,RBC,PLT,HB),liver function(ALT,AST)on days 0 and 14 were recorded.Renal function(Cr,BUN),TCM symptom score,and adverse reactions were recorded at the same time;the obtained data were analyzed by SPSS25 statistical software.Results: Clinical effect: Leukocytes and neutrophils in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01);for platelets and hemoglobin,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).TCM syndromes: The total efficacy of TCM syndromes was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05);the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Comparison of PS score: The treatment group effectively improved in the PS score(P <0.05);the control group had no significant improvement in the PS score(P> 0.05).Comparison of safety indicators: There were no significant changes in liver function,kidney function,and electrocardiogram safety indicators between the two groups of patients,and no adverse reactions occurred.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Self-designed Jianpi Yishen Decoction for the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome after malignant tumor chemotherapy can effectively improve white blood cells,neutrophils,platelets,TCM syndromes(spleen and kidney deficiency),PS score,and improve patients' quality of life.Comparison of various observation indicators after treatment between the two groups(P <0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group.
