Clinical Research Of Direct Moxibustion Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical research of direct moxibustion treatment of gouty arthritis pain and long-term efficacy.Methods60 cases of gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,namely needling group and moxibustion group,needling group selected both of double lines,Shangqiu,Fuliu,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan points,such as each points used ping-bu ping-xie way to a Needle Sensation,after the needle to stay for 30 minutes,every 10 minutes moved the pin once,each pin points moved for half a minute.Moxibustion group were basis in the needle group with Pishu, Shenshu,Sanjiaoshu,etc.Used the method of direct moxibustion,selected a diameter of 0.8cm cone of moxa cone,five zhuang for every point,moxibustion to the skin flush for partial degrees.To treat three times a week,three weeks into a course of treatment,the patients in both groups before treatment,after a course of treatment,three months after treatment and six months respectively after treatment of uric acid detection and Maryland foot pain score,observing the two hematuria in patients before and after the change in acid value,as well as the observation of the number of pain episodes,and then carryed out two sets of comparative study of clinical efficacy.Results1.Treatment of Gouty Arthritis clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate had no significant differences,significant compared with the efficiency had significant difference(P=0.67＞0.05),in which the effective rate of moxibustion group than the needle group(P=0.045＜0.05).Show that the needle group and moxibustion group for the treatment of gouty arthritis had clinical efficacy,the long-term efficacy of moxibustion group was better than needle group.2.After two sets of frequency of pain after one course of treatment with significant difference(P＜0.05),in which moxibustion group was significantly less than the frequency of pain needle group(P=0.032＜0.05).Show that the needle group and moxibustion group of patients with pain could be slowed down, in which efficacy of pain moxibustion group was better than needle group.3.The two groups after one course of treatment the hematuria were significant changed in acid value,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05), moxibustion group in which to reduce the level of serum uric acid significantly more needle(P=0.038＜0.05).Show that the needle group and moxibustion group hematuria could reduce the acid value,of which moxibustion group was better than needle group.4.3 months after treatment and 6 months after the pain of the two groups had a very significant frequency difference(P＜0.01),in which moxibustion group significantly less than the frequency of pain needle group(P=0.002＜0.01). Show that the needle group and moxibustion group after treatment after 3 and 6 months had slowed down after the effect of pain,including moxibustion group in 3 and 6 months later(that is,long-term effect) was superior to needle group.5.3 months after treatment and 6 months after the hematuria of the two groups had significant changes in acid value,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05),moxibustion group in which to reduce the level of serum uric acid significantly more needle(P=0.022＜0.05).Show that the needle group and moxibustion group after treatment and the treatment after 3 and 6 months hematuria could reduce acid value,of which moxibustion group was better than the needle group.ConclusionsNeedle and moxibustion treatment of gouty arthritis pain and reduce the acid value hematuria had clinical efficacy,of which acupuncture gouty arthritis pain and long-term effect of a more obvious effect,can be used as long-term treatment of gouty arthritis in a more ideal way.
