Speciality:Seven-year program of integrated traditional Chinese and WesternMedicineAuthor:Li ShuoTutor:Professor Lin LinObjective:Using clinical epidemiological methods to count up and analyze syndromes distribution of paracmasis of COPD,and explore objective and acceptive differential diagnosis standards and classification standards,which can provide both clinical basis for Selection of treatment based on the differential diagnosis and canonical primary standards for TCM sub-type quantification diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.Methods:Through the research literature to understand TCM Syndrome basic information of paracmasis of COPD Study,according to literature research and expert consultation argues that building a questionnaire TCM Syndrome of paracmasis of COPD,according to which clinical Observations were carried out in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM and Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases and others,9 hospital in all.Statistics Methods Data analysis performed in the statistical analysis software package for SPSS13.0.The use of descriptive statistics,cluster analysis of samples,test of normality,such as statistical methods for diagnosis of syndromes and classification threshold standard.Results:After 426 cases of patients with stable COPD general data analysis shows that the disease in old age(70-79 years old,50%),male(81.1%),low education level(40.6 percent of primary,secondary or specialist 40.1%,the existence of long-term smoking groups mainly in the course of more than 10-19 years (35.7%),smoking(82.9%) is the greatest impact of this disease.Analysis of symptoms showed that cough(90.1%),expectoration(82.7%),shortness of breath (89.9%) were the main symptoms of paracmasis of COPD.The extent to mild cough (49.2%),moderate(43.2%),mainly white multi-colored sputum(85.6%), shortness of breath for breath1 more than the performance of the difficulties (67.9%),and low voice(82.3%).Designate the elements through the Hierarchical Cluster Analysis,to be 4 types Syndrome,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Lung and Spleen deficiency,Phlegm obstructing lung,Qi Deficiency of Lung and Spleen,Lung and kidney deficiency.Further evidence of this type 4 for statistical analysis,the initial formation TCM quantify the severity of the diagnostic criteria and grading standards in paracmasis of COPD.Conclusion:Cough,expectoration,shortness of breath for paracmasis of COPD symptoms, but coughing,shortness of breath low voice,thoracic pain when cough,sputum thin white,while the cough by sputum,shortness of breath after the increase, expressed as a mixture of actual situation as,deficiency for the lungs,spleen, kidney deficiency,evidence for the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis. paracmasis symptoms of COPD from cluster analysis and expert evidence-based in line with a certain degree of differentiation,and treatment and evaluation provide the basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes research has made useful attempts through this study.
