The Application Evaluation Research On The Criteria Of Diagnosis And Therapeutic Effect On Diseases And Syndromes Of Pediatrics Asthma In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the applicability and clinical application of "ZY/T001.4-2018,TCM Pediatric Disease Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards · Asthma(Revision)",and revise and improve the "Standards" to better reflect the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM Level,has become a reference tool for basic research and clinical research,and reflects the scientific and advanced nature of the standard revision of the Chinese medicine industry.Method:Including applicability evaluation and clinical application evaluation.The applicability evaluation mainly uses the questionnaire method.Thirteen clinicians of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicinethe—the Department of Pediatrics of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine independently completed the Questionnaire on the Applicability of the Standards for the Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases,which mainly evaluated the professional technical level,overall quality level,and overall applicability of the standards.The clinical application evaluation uses a prospective case investigation and analysis method to observe cases that meet the criteria for diagnosis of pediatric asthma.A total of 60 asthmatic children who met the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma were collected by five clinicians who participated in the verification of the Pediatrics of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The "Assessment Cases for the Evaluation and Evaluation of the Application of the Standards for the Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases" was completed.Technical content of evaluation criteria such as diagnosis,efficacy evaluation methods and indicators.Each entry in the questionnaire is scored on a 7-point scale based on the degree to which it has reached the required level.After the investigation is completed,the project team specialists will upload it to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease Diagnosis and Evaluation Standard Evaluation System".The contents of the scale were evaluated using statistical methods.Results:The applicability evaluation and clinical application evaluation questionnaire scores are high,the reliability and validity of the scale are high,and the consistency between the items is good.The application rate and clinical conformity of the Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine·Asthma(Revised)is above 90%and the overall quality is good.Conclusion:It shows that the standard for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric disease syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine · Asthma(Revised)is of good quality and basically applicable in clinical practice.
