| BackgroundRheumatoid arthritis(RA) A chronic,multiple,symmetry of joint swelling and pain as the main manifestations of common systemic autoimmune diseases.Early disease was migratory joint pain and movement disorders,the late was stiff joints,deformity,loss of function,accompanied by muscle atrophy and osteoporosis and so on,have a high disability,severely affected the working and living patients.At present,the major Western medicine in order to alleviate pain,control of disease as the main purpose of multi-drug by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,hormones,immunosuppressive agents, etc,A long time as a result of medication,side effects,and patients are often difficult to accept.Although biological agents can help to control the progress of inflammation,which will help to ease pain,stiffness and other symptoms and prevent further joint damage.However,the biological agents have reduced the ability of tumor inhibition,increasing the chances of infection should also be made to reflect the adverse attention,combined with its high cost is also prohibitive for many patients.At present,many outstanding Chinese medicine,especially the famous old Chinese medicine practitioners, application of traditional Chinese medicine practices in the treatment of RA has been achieved the desired results.Through continuous on Chinese medicine and famous Chinese medicine practitioners of many years of experience in discovery and summary,seek to arrive at a more generally accepted rule in RA Treatment,so that the treatment means of RA continue to broaden,to guide the clinical treatment of RA,a better clinical efficacy. PurposeSummary the famous veteran teran doctors of TCM' s treatment experience of rheumatoid arthritis,and explore the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis laws to guide clinical treatment,enhance the effectiveness of treatment.Objects and MedthodsThis subject will study the literatures which about experience in the treatment of RA regard about famous veteran doctors of the first batch of national experts of the old Chinese medicine which were promulgated by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,apply content analysis to collect,collate,analyze,draw conclusions.Used to the descriptive analysis in analyzing of disease awareness,pathogenesis,syndrome characteristics, therapeutic purposes,the therapeutic principles and the administration of treatment.Then some medicine cases about RA written by the physicians will be analyzed and imported into data base.The using of herbs will be analysed through mathematics and physics statistical methods.At last,the law of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation to RA will be discussed from theory and practice.Result1 In the 151 literatures of contemporary famous veteran teran doctors of TCM in medical treatment of RA,TCM Syndrome can be divided into 7:the invasion of exogenous pathogenic factor,deficiency of the viscera,deficiency of the qi and blood,deficiency of yin and yang,disharmony of nutrient qi with defensive qi,blood stasis obstructing the collaterals,accumulation of phlegm-dampness obstructing the collaterals.Among them,the most common is the invasion of exogenous pathogenic factor.2 In the 151 literatures of contemporary famous veteran teran doctors of TCM in medical treatment of RA,treatment methods can be divided into 4:treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treatment based on disease differentiation, treatment based on disease stage differentiation,treatment based on symptoms differentiation.Among them,19 Doctors have used the method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.3 Collected a total of 110 prescriptions in the literatures and medical records of 19 famous veteran teran doctors of TCM in medical treatment of RA, of which 188 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines used,a total of 1326 times of herbs there,each prescription have an average 12.05 kinds of herbs,a total of 95 kinds of herbs appear more than or equal to 3 times.4 After statistical analysis,the contemporary famous veteran teran doctors of TCM is the most commonly used drugs Angelica,ramulus cinnamomi,liquorice, Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali,Radix Clematidis,fourstamen stephania root;,centipede,common monkshood mother root,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,suberect spatholobus stem,orientvine stem.5 The high usage rate of Angelica in the different kinds of syndrome of RA, suggesting that it is the important herbs in the treatment of RA.Conclusion1 In theory of treating RA,the contemporary famous veteran teran doctors of TCM analyze the characteristics of Chinese medicine named.Explored the etiology and pathogenesis of RA.Summed up the law of pathogenicity:the combined effect of blockage of pathogenic factor,blockage of pathological product,deficiency of healthy qi.In the treatment based on syndrome differentiation at the same time,according to the difference of disease characteristics,disease stage,symptoms and diseased region,the treatment have different focuses.There are variety of treatment methods,attention of daily life caring.Expelling pathogenic factor to alleviate pain,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,strengthening healthy qi are often the treatment of three main types of joint use of the law.2 In practice of treating RA,the most commonly used drugs are Angelica, ramulus cinnamomi,liquorice,Radix Paeoniae Alha,Radix Astragali,Radix Clematidis,fourstamen stephania root,centipede,common monkshood mother root,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,suberect spatholobus stem,orientvine stem. Angelica has high utilization rate in particular.The most commonly used herb categories are:herbs for eliminating and dampness wind to dispersing cold, herbs for eliminating and dampness wind to removing heat,herbs for promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow,herbs for expelling wind to relieve convulsion(medicinal insects),herbs for invigorating qi and enriching blood. |
