PurposeSummary the famous veteran doctors of TCM's treatment experience of diabetic nephropathy, and explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and control of law and improve the overall prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. MethodsIncluded themed books and other related documents and academic experience, which is the study of twenty famous veteran doctors of TCM's treatment experience of diabetic nephropathy,application of content analysis method to collect, collate, analyze, summarize, knowledge of the disease name, etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, proposed and formulas using descriptive analysis, additionally analyze prescriptions (experience side) of modern famous doctor treating DN, summarize the relevant prescription records, establish the database system, uses frequency analysis, Cluster analysis and other methods for analyzed and summarized its prescriptions. Finally through two aspects, the theory of treating and prescription to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and control of law.Result1.100 literature of modern famous doctor treatment of DN can be divided into two categories:the virtual (yin and yang, qi and blood, the five internal organs deficiency) and standard (blood stasis, phlegm, water wet, toxic cloud, and so on), of which spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm resistance type is most common.2.100 literature of modern famous doctor treatment of DN show treatment based on the summarized as:diagnosis and treatment, by stage, diseases were three aspects of governance. Of which 20 physicians were used to determine treatment methods.3. Twenty old TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy and the experience side of the herbs used in the medical record,121 were collected, of which 177 species used, a total of 1482 drugs, an average number per square 12.28 kinds of medication. The frequency of prescription use of the 121 or equal to 3 times more than the drug total is 101 kinds.4. cluster analysis summarizes the most commonly used drugs of the modern famous doctorsused are radix astragali, poria,radix et rhizome rhei, radix rehmanniae,radix salviae miltiorrhizae, fructus corni, radix angelicae sinensis, rhizome diodsoreae, rhizome alismatis, herba leonuri, rhizome atractylods macrocephalae, radix codonopsis, fructus lycii, radix glycyrrhizae, rhizome coptidis, radix aconite lateralis preparata, pericarpium citri reticulatae, polyorus and so on.Conclusion1. In theory of treating DN, the contemporary famous veteran doctors of TCM analyze the characteristics of Chinese medicine named. Explored the etiology and pathogenesis of DN. Summed up the pathogenic law:Qi and Yin Deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, blood stasis resistance, drug interaction turbid water wet. In the treatment based on syndrome differentiation at the same time, according to the difference of disease characteristics, disease stage, symptoms, the treatment have different focuses. There are variety of treatment methods, righting training, phlegm stasis, meridians law Turbidity.2. Prescription:the commonly used drugs are radix astragali, poria, radix et rhizome rhei, radix rehmanniae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, fructus corni, radix angelicae sinensis, rhizome diodsoreae, rhizome alismatis, herba leonuri, rhizome atractylods macrocephalae, radix codonopsis, fructus lycii, radix glycyrrhizae, rhizome coptidis, radix aconite lateralis preparata, pericarpium citri reticulatae, polyorus. The most commonly used drug category is qi Yin medicine, spleen and kidney medicine, Traditional medicine, Xiezhuo medicine.
