Study On The Rules Of Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Based On The Experience Of Famous Veteran Doctors Of TCM In Treatment Of Influenza

Objective By arranging the influenza literature of the Diagnosis and treatment by modern famous veteran doctors of TCM,to establish the database called“Modern famous veteran doctors of TCM in Diagnosis and treatment of influenza literature research database”,to probe the etiology and pathogenesis of influenza,syndrome elements distribution and composition law,common clinical syndromes and their characteristics,analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of influenza and prescription compatibility law,providing the theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of influenza.Methods Based on the established databases,“Lung Disease Database of Modern Famous veteran Doctors of TCM”(1911-2011)and “Lung Disease Database of Journals”(1989-2012),to regulate the data with the published relative standards,and establish“Modern famous veteran doctors of TCM in Diagnosis and treatment of influenza literature research database”.Try to use frequency description to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of influenza?syndrome elements distribution and composition law?symptom law;use frequency description?cluster analysis?factor analysis combined to discuss common clinical syndromes and their characteristics;and use frequency description?related analysis and many other statistical methods to analyze the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of influenza and prescription compatibility law.Results1 Established “Modern famous veteran doctors of TCM in Diagnosis and treatment of influenza literature research database”,including data 225,which contains 130 pathogens,199 pathogenesis,152 syndromes,164 kinds of Chinese medicine and 43 prescriptions.The results are as follows:2 Distribution of etiology and pathogenesisThere are 15 kinds of pathogens,mainly exogenous(60.8%),epidemic toxin(16.2%),heat evil(12.3%),wind evil(9.2%),internal injury(9.2%).39 kinds of Pathogenesis,which frequency? 5% are as follows:epidemic toxin attack the lung(35.3%),wet-heat accumulation(25.2%),qi of lung illogical(21.0%),exterior and interior both high heat(20.2%).3 Syndrome elements distribution and composition lawThe mainly syndrome elements of diseases resistances are hot(69.8%),poison(29.0%),wind(27.8%),cold(13.0%).The mainly disease location is lung(77.2%),including exterior,half exterior and half interior.Syndrome elements combination in the form of the influenza are more common in the combination of three syndrome factors and two syndrome factors.Its constituent ratios are 65.1% and 21.1%.Among the combined three syndrome factors,the mainly are heat,poison and lung;wind,heat and lung;wind,cold and lung;wind,warm and lung.The combined two syndrome factors appear to higher frequency including heat and poison,wind and heat,wind and cold,constituent ratio are all above 10%,disease location in the lung and exterior.Single syndrome factor appear higher frequency in proper order is heat and deficiency of yin,constituent ratio are 13.8% and 5.9%.Major heat syndrome factor located in the lung.4 Symptoms DistributionThere has a frequency higher than 40% are fever(72.9%),Rapid pulse(47.1%),Red tongue(42.4%).5 Syndrome distribution treatment of influenza attending their functional classification of statistics for a total of 18 categories,higher frequency include Clear fever medicine(33.6%),Remove exterior medicine(19.8%),Weak disease location-based lung,elements of disease nature are mainly heat,poison,wind,cold.The syndrome element combination of influenza is mainly the combination of three elements and two elements,and the combination with the highest frequency is heat-poison and lung.3 There are 5 kinds of Influenza common clinical syndromes as follows: heat-poison obstruct the lung,wet-heat accumulation,wind-cold attack the lung,wind-warm interlope the lung,lung heat flourishing.4 Common prescriptions of influenza are Yinqiaosan,Baihu soup,Daqinglong soup,Zhuye shigao soup.Commonly used medicine Categories include Clear fever medicine and remove exterior medicine.The common pharmaceutical for influenza are Huangqin,Lianqiao,Jinyinhua,Shigao,Gancao.
