Objective:To assess the clinical value of four minute adenosine infusion 99Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:Two groups:four-minute adenosine infusion(investigative group 1 72case),six-minute adenosine infusion(contrast group 2 54case).In two groups,adenosine was respectively infused at a rate of 0.14mg·kg-1·min-1 intravenously for four and six minutes.Three minutes after adenosine infusion,740mBq of 99Tcm -N-NOET were injected intravenously. Entire journey monitor patients blood pressure,heart ratio,heart electric picture,at any time record bad reaction.adenosine infusion myocardial perfusion imaging was carried out after 30 minitute by injecting imaging medicament,the two groupe compare coronary artery disease diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic accuracies,bad reactive ratio with Coronary radiography characteristics,Result:[1]In two groups,the sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic accuracies of CAD were 84%,73%,81%and 87%,78%,85%,The sensitivity of the adenosine test for detection of single vessel,two vessel,three vessel disease of CAD was 81%,88%,80%and 83%,91%,88%,,respectively.(P>0.05) respectively.(P>0.05).[2]Some changes of hemodynamics appeared 2-3 minutes after adenosine infusion in two groups:Blood pressure(BP) has a drop and heart rate(HR),rate-pressure product(RPP) increased.Among the two groups,the changes was not significantly different(P>0.05).[3]The incidence of bad effects in the two groups was not significantly different(78%and 81%) P>0.05.Conclusion:In comparison with four-minute infusion and six-minute infusion,adenosine infusion has high clinical value and similar diagnostic efficacy for myocardial ischemia of CAD, has similar effect on inducing the changes of hemodynamics and ECG,patients are inclind to accept loading test.99Tcm -N-NOET have favorable another distributed,it can shorten the time of inspection in large extent and have better clinic application prospect.
