Of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection, The Ratio Of Neutrophils Changes The Relationship Between Premature Rupture Of Membranes

Objective:Premature rupture of membranes is a serious impact on the safety and health of mothers and infants in a obstetric disease.Factors that cause premature rupture of membranes and the pathogenesis is not clear,there are scholars of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection can greatly increase the incidence of premature rupture of membranes.Ureaplasma urealyticum can cause vaginal PH value and the increase in neutrophil.Neutrophil defense system is the body of the main components of a phagocytic,bactericidal function,non-specific response to one of the main effector cells.The purpose of this experiment is a Ureaplasma urealyticum infection, changes in the ratio of neutrophils and the presence of premature rupture of membranes correlation between the study of early premature rupture of membranes so as to provide new ideas for prevention.Method:Options in March 2008～January 2009 in the Shanxi Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of clinical hospital 78 cases of maternal birth,premature rupture of membranes based on whether there is divided into two groups:48 cases of premature rupture of membranes group,normal control group 30 cases, detected by PCR in two sets of selected objects in cervical secretion in the expression of Ureaplasma urealyticum,compare rates between the two groups using X~2 test to P＜0.05 for the difference was significant.Analysis of blood cells with blood cells in the detection of neutrophil ratio information to the poor,the use of inter-group t test comparison to P＜0.05 for the difference was significant. SPSS11.5 statistical software used for data analysis.Results:78 cases of pregnant women results in cervical secretion in UU positive in 46 cases, accounting for 58.9%.Premature rupture of membranes group than in the normal control group,Ureaplasma urealyticum positive rate was significantly increased, the incidence rate of 68.8 percent,43.3 percent higher than the difference significant(X~2=4.93,P＜0.05);membrane early break group than in the normal control group the ratio of neutrophils had no significant increase,no significant difference(t=0.68,P=0.50),without statistical significance.Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and premature rupture of membranes between the correlation is an important cause of premature rupture of membranes,one; this experiment the ratio of neutrophils with no significant correlation between premature rupture of membranes,and yet the prevention of premature rupture of membranes can not be classified as indicators of a judge.
