The Relationships Between UU Infection And Prom, The Effects Of The UU Infection On Pregnant Outcomes And Neonatus

Objective: To investigate the relationships between Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) infection and Premature Rupture Of Membrane(sPROM),the effects of the Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection on adverse pregnant outcomes, and to provide effective methods for clinical prevention and treatment of pregnancy complications.Methods: From October 2008 to August 2009, in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guang xi Medical University,Obstetric, randomly selected 52 cases of normal pregnant women for routine obstetric examination(control group) and 62 cases of pregnant women of the first hospitalization with PROM in hospital(experimental group), cervical secretions were respectively collected from them, cervical secretions of pregnant women were detected quantitative measurement UU-DNA by fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) technology. In addition , statistics separately for two groups premature birth, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, fetal distress, the incidence of cesarean section. Result: (1) The UU-positive rate of pregnant women in control group was 32.69%. While in experimental group, 35 pregnant women were UU infection in 62 cases,the UU-positive rate of them Was 56.45%(35/62). There was a very significant difference in the UU-positive rate between the tow groups (p<0.05). It had more statistically significant.(2) In UU-positive group, 52 cases had nine cases of premature delivery, 12 cases of fetal distress, 15 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, 27 patients with cesarean section, in UU-negative group, 52 cases had three cases of premature delivery, five cases of fetal distress, eight cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, 20 cases of cesarean section, UU positive group of premature delivery, fetal distress, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and the incidence of cesarean section was significantly higher than UU negative group.Conclusion: (1). The UU infection is one of the main factors leading to premature rupture of membranes.(2). The UU infection can increase the preterm delivery, fetal distress, as well as the occurrence of neonatal jaundice, with UU infection increasing, the more complications of pregnancy , suggesting increased risk of cesarean section.(3). To achieve the purpose of good birth and good care, to reduce preterm birth,neonatal jaundice, neonatal mortality, and improve the quality of perinatal care , Whether it is Prepregnancy or pregnancy, actively preventive and treated UU infection may be an effective way .
