| Objective: To investigated the levels of lipids in PCOS patients ,To find the risk factors for cardiovascular disease in PC0S patients.Methods: Selecting 36 cases PCOS patients and age-matched with 28 healthy controls from Department of Gynaecology of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University during the period with from May 2007 to Janunary 2008 at random. All subjects were collected venous blood in early morning without eating from 3rd to 5th in menstrual period (amenorrhea no limit),and investigated the lipid-lipoprotein levels at Department of experiment of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University.All blood subjects were measured by chemitry luminescent technique , meanwhile waist circumference(cm),hip circumference(cm),sex hormone level ,fasting glucose , fasting blood fat and fasting insulin of all subject were measured,then calculated waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), Homeostasis model assessmen insulin resistant(Homa—IR).Results: 1. the levels of TC,Lpa,LDL-C in PC0S patients were significant higher than that in controls(P<0.05); 2. the levels of TC,Lpa, LDL-C in obese PC0S group was significant higher than in non-obese PC0S group(P<0.05); the levels of TC,Lpa,LDL-C in obese control group was significant higher than in non-obese control group(P<0.05); 3.ratio of dyslipidemia in PC0S patients were significant higher than that in controls(P<0.05); 4. the levels of TC,LDL-C obese PC0S group were significant higher than that in obese controlgroup (P<0.05); the mean levels of TC,Lpa,LDL-C in non-obese PC0S patients were higher than that non-obese control group, and smilar with the obese control patients; 5. the mean levels of insulin resistant in non-obese PC0S patients were high,the levels of insulin resistant in obese PC0S group was significant higher than in non-obese PC0S group(P<0.05); 6. the mean levels of serum testosterone in obese and non-obese PC0S patients were higher than normal levels. 7. The results of multi—variate stepwise regression analysis showed WHR is associated with TC,TG,LDL-C, IR is associated with TG,Apo-B, T is associated with TG,HDL-C,TC when to reject the effect of WHR(P<0.05);The results of Linear variate correlate analysis showed there were have positive correlation with WHR, IR and testosterone(P<0.05),especial significant between WHR and testosterone.Conclusion: the level of lipid-lipoprotein Polycystic ovary syndrome patients are changed ,and PC0S patients are likely to obese patients compared with healthy group . meanwhile Obesity, insulin resistanc and hypertension in Women with PCOS is associated with Dyslipoproteinemias,so PC0S patients have rise of cardiovascular diseases , obese especially abdominal obese made it more significant.we must monitor the level of lipids in PC0S patients, especially PC0S central obese patients,in order to prevent cardiovascular diseases. |
