Progress In The Experimental Study On Artificial Esophagus

The paper researches the developement progress and clinic application of artificial esophagus home and abroad .Hundrands of thousand esophageal diseases people need esophageal replacement a year in the world. The clinic main method is replacement with autograft such as stomatch,small intestine,colon and so on .But it always leads to great damage,compicated operation and complications such as anastomotic stoma fistula,esophagus dislocation and stenosis,while functional disorder and bad noursh is serious because of abnomal dissect position and deficit of apartal esophagus. Many research results on original replacement by artificial esophagus have been achieved. Unfortunately, a very satisfactory artificial esophagus has not been found due to lack of proper artificial materials with great different results . This paper gives an overview of the recentstudy results, points in dispute, present status of research , the recent advances and prospect of artificial esophagus.Meaning:The aim is that provoid the experimental and clinic rults of artificial esophagus which preprepared by difficult meterious and method for usuing in clinic as quick as possible so that can raise the rate and quality of existence .
