Along with the transportation industry, architecture industry development, the high energy damage are getting more and more . High-energy tibial plateau fracture due to severity soft tissue injury, comminuted fracture, articular surface fracture displacement and joint instability and other factors makes treatment more difficult.Choose plate fixation required cutting a longer incision at the surface of soft tissue and extensive soft injuries tissue stripping, cause infection, serious complications such as bone exposure [1]. In recent years the application of external fixator and its development for this problem provides a positive solution. The biggest advantage of external fixation is to make up for the traditional methods of internal fixation for the treatment of inadequate both for the client to provide a stable fracture fixation, but also to maximize the protection of the local blood circulation.This article on the clinical treatment of common external fixation of high-energy tibial plateau fracture for a brief overview of the situation.
