Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a frequent inflammatory disease in department of woman. The disease onsets reproductive age women , it is reported that approximately 75 percent femme at least have one acute infection, 10 percent woman have recurrent attacks. Morbidity of VVC obviously is ascendant tendency long-term, extensive women is perplexed , and their physical and mental health is affected awfully. Origin of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is extremely complex, influential factor to result in recrudescent relate to clinical factor, host's local immunity, oididmycetic molecule mechanism and so on. Clinical, vagina's local hypoimmunity lead to dysbacteria as well as destroy in micr- balance of nature of vagina, Finally cause candidiasis vaginitis's recurrence. RVVC is difficult therapeutically for drug fast or variation of Genome. therapeutic efficacy of RVVC curative effect is not well, for this reason,it is essential to study pathogenetic mechanism of RVVC. This topic investigate mainly pathogenic fungus'gene of RVVC whether change or not in different course of disease .1. Analysis of main pathogenic fungus infection in patients with Recurrent Volvovaginal candidiasis by RAPD-PCRObjective:To investigate the changes and pathogenicity of main pathogen of Recurrent Volvovaginal candidiasis infection in patients with Volvovaginal candidiasis in molecular biology. Methods:The genes of the main pathogen were analyzed by Radomly Amp lified Polymorphic DNA. Results amplification strap quantity , part size in Experiment group and control group with 800bp strap for primer 1, group comparison had difference. However, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).and masculine rate compare had statistical significance in three groups with 1050bp strap(P<0.05). Among the totals, masculine rat of B group obviously exceeded A groupand B group ; size of amplification strap and quantity with 800bp and 1050bp had difference, same masculine rate of same amplification strap was different. All is not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:The genes of pathogenic fungus were stabilized elementarysab2. Methods : Total DNA percell, proliferationindex(PI)and cellcycle of the mainpathogen of fungal infection were analyzed inpatients with Recurrent Volvovaginal candidiasis by FCM. Results: Cell of Monilia albicans in stage with stabilization growth , majority occup G0/G1 period, group constituent ratio had statistical significance in cell's difference of A,B Group(P>0.05), A,Bgroup significantly higher than Cgroup , difference of A.B group had nonsignificant. G2/M period of time , B group obviously difference than A,Cgroup(P<0.05),A,Bgroup had nonsignificance(P>0.05). in S period of time,B group had obviously obviously than C group, A,B group had nonsignificance(P>0.05). Conclusion:Recurrent Volvovaginal candidiasis infection was mainly risk factor, pathogenic bacteria's Genomic transcribe efficiency was raised , ability of coherence and infestation was enhanced under dangerous affect possiblely .
