Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis In The Tcm Syndromes And Physical Correlation Discussed

Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC) has become the difficulty and focus of medicine because of its high incidence,serious symptoms,and long time treatment.It seriously affected the quality of life,physical and mental health of women.The western medicine targets at the kind of fungus,and then the intensive therapy and consolidated treatment.The medicine contains oral and transvaginal antifungal drug.The side effect of oral antifungal drug is severe.Prolonged use leads to drug resistance and affects the balance of vaginal microecology.RVVC belongs to leukorrhagia of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which a lot of research focus on.The treatment which is based on syndrome differentiation in TCM of RVVC has obvious advantages.Since the pathogenesis is unknown, the immune mechanism of RVVC has become the focuses,and it will provide new field for the treatments of chinese medicine.The study on the relation between constitution and disease is gradual deepening.We appreciate constitution plays an important role in the formation and changes of the disease.It determines the susceptibility and the type of disease,and also the disease affect the constitution.The analysis on disease to syndrome to constitution are helpful to individual diagnoses and treatments.We try to improve the prevention of gynecological diseases by the study of RVVC.Objective:This article aims to know the risk factors of RVVC and the characteristics of syndromes and constitution.To improve the treatment of chinese medicine by disease,syndrome and constitution differentiation which is significant for individual diagnoses and treatments.Methods:The patients of RVVC were interviewed and the gynecological examination were performed by the doctor.The questionnaire which is designed based on Gynecology of TCM,The rules of diagnoses and treatments of vulvovaginal candidiasis and The classification and judgement of constitution of TCM adopts general condition,such as age, marriage condition,profession, education level, pregnancy history,contraceptive method,living habits and so on.It also contains the conditions of syndrome and constitution of TCM.The data base will be established by Microsoft Excel.All data were processed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:The age of the patients mainly concentrated in 26-35.Clerks and higher education level women are more common.Washing vagina,the history of allergic diseases and frequent sexual intercourse are the main risk factors.Syndrome of dampness-heat is the most common type,spleen deficiency syndrome and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome are the second.The composite syndrome mainly contains dampness-heat mixed with liver depression and spleen deficiency mixed with liver depression.Qi-stagnation constitution,yang-deficiency constitution and dampness-heat constitution are the common unhealthy constitutions of TCM in RVVC patients.Conclusions:The major etiology of RVVC is damp evil,The key pathogenesis is the injury of ren meridian and dai meridian.RVVC is closely related to the dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney. The complicated syndromes and conditions lead to difficult cure.The high frequency of Qi-stagnation constitution,yang-deficiency constitution and dampness-heat constitution implys that patients of these constitutions are pront to RVVC.The constitutions and the syndromes affect each other.We should pay attention to living habits, health habit and mental health in addition to the usual treatments to promote the immunity of body and prevent the diseases.
