Spinal Tuberculosis With ASAS One Case Reported

As the medical conditions improving,the spinal surgery has developed quickly. Because many difficult spinal operations are used to the spinal deformity,tumor and tubercular extensively, some severe complications suchas paralysis,the incontinence of urine appeared are along with the spinal cord and blood injuried after the operations. The affections of the the spinal blood ,as one type of the complications of the spinal operations are always ignored by surgeons. So it is a key matter that how to appraise the conditions of the spinal blood before the operations and monitor the spinal functions during the whole range of the operation promptly and exactly which surgeons are conncerned about now.Objective:The purpose of this study is to investgate the reasonsof the ASAS, as one of the complications afer the the spinalsurgeries , so as to prevent it . Methods:By analysising spinal tuberculosis accompanying Paresis's diagnosis and therapies after admission and reviewing the pertinent literatures.Results:Paraplegia was occur after surgery.Conclusion:It is seldom that the ASAS was happened after the spinal surgeries, however if it was happened , the severe consequences and the bad prognosis must be followed.It should be active in watching out for and preventing from the occurrence of ASAS after the spinal surgeries.
