Objective:Cerebral infarction in Chinese medicine are "stroke" areas.Chinese medicine believes that disease stroke network in the brain,pathological changes in brain networks leading to the brain network virtual stagnation Stagnation,treatment with blood-based Tongluo.In early experiments,we have used the new Quyu Health on the treatment of cerebral infarction in rats The role of angiogenesis and its mechanism were studied,results showed that: New Zealand Health Quyu can enhance cerebral infarction in rat brain vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression,and to promote cerebral ischemia penumbra of microvascular newborn in order to achieve the purpose of removing Tongluo.Tongluo of the law,Qing Ye Tianshi's proposed medical home "network for China to Sim," "greasy suan ku Gambari into the network can not," pointed out the flavor of a drug classification,drug Xin wei to play an important role in venae clear.The subject to be copied using suture rat model of cerebral infarction in the basis of preliminary studies,from treatment of cerebral angiogenesis in rat's point of view,will Xin wei Tongluo blood stasis and non- Xin wei Tongluo comparative study for the disease in the medical network Tongluo Xin wei blood to provide the corresponding experimental data and application infrastructure.Method:1.Theoretical Studies on the use of documentation, combined with the methods of clinical practice.2.this experiment set 6 groups:normal group,model group,low dose group Xinwei, Xinwei high-dose group,low dose group of non-pungent,non- Xinwei high dose group.Suture method to copy the model of cerebral infarction in rats.The treatment group were given blood Tongluo Xinwei side,non- Xinwei Tongluo blood administered to the rest of the group administered saline.7days after delivery,the following tests:RT-PCR method to observe the expression of rat brain VEGFmRNA situation;to immunohistochemistry Xinwei Tongluo blood and removing non- Xinwei rongluo on rat brain VEGF protein and CD31 antigen positive impact of microvessel density.Results:1."Tongluo blood" law through the chemical stasis,dredge Road Network,to promote new blood and new network of renewable metaplasia.2.model group,Xinwei Tongluo blood and non- Xinwei Tongluo blood microvessel density in each group(MVD) than to increases in both the normal group,Xinwei high-dose group,non-Xinwei especially high-dose group increased significantly, especially Xinwei high-dose group increased the most obvious. Xinwei Tongluo blood stasis and non- Xinwei Tongluo groups can increase VEGF protein in rat brain ceils with the normal group there was a significant difference(P <0.01);Xinwei high-dose group and non-pungent high-dose group were significantly different(P<0.05). At the same time,Xinwei low-and high-dose group were significantly different(P <0.05);non- Xinwei low-and high-dose group were significantly different(P <0.05).Xinwei Tongluo shows and non=blood stasis Xinwei Tongluo can promote cerebral infarction in rat brain penumbra of the VEGF protein expression also positively correlated with the dose of the relationship between the blood and Xinwei Tongluo group.Model group,and non- Xinwei Tongluo Xinwei Tongluo VEGF165mRNA each dose group in both the expression level increased,while the Xinwei Tongluo enhance the high dose group more obvious.Conclusion:Tongluo Xinwei blood and removing non- Xinwei Tongluo law suture can be enhanced in rat brain cerebral CD31-positive microvessel density,may be by upregulating vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) gene and protein expression to to achieve therapeutic role of angiogenesis and blood Xinwei Tongluothe role of law is stronger than non- Xinwei Tongluo blood law.
