Comparative Study Of The Diagnostic Ability With Soft And Hard Copy Reading On Mammography With Low Contrast

ObjectiveTo eveluate the utility of soft and hard copy reading with mammography with low contrast;Materials and Methods56 mammogrphies has been chosen from PACS.27 of then are pathological diagnosed malignant,the others are accrementition.The regions'diameter smaller than 2 centimeter.The readers related experience are more than 8 years(superior);2 years(seconda ry);less than half of one year(junior).The six readers reading the mammographys respectively wih film and display.The diagnosis are according to BI-RADS 4^th.The SPSS 13.0 is used to statistics analyze..ResultsThe superiors'AUC are 0.707 and 0.765;The secondarys'AUC are 0.814 and 0.709;The(juniors'AUC are 0.667 and 0.761.the differences are not significant.ConclusionThe two modus with soft and hard copy reading take same competence.the mammography can used to detect small carcinoma in low Contrast.
