Objective:Observes diandizhen to treat Insomnia clinical curative effect and to PSG the influence,discusses diandizhen to treat Insomnia's mechanism.Methods:According to diagnosis standards in the study,40 patients were randomly classified into two groups:the therapy group(20 examples) and the comparison group(20 examples).The therapy group uses the Diantizhen treatment,in the selection the neiguan,shenmen, sanyinjiao for the main alveolus,follow syndromes add subtract.The comparison group takes estazolam(2mg) every night.A period of treatment contains thirty days.Uses Pittsburgh sleep performance figure (PSQI) and sleep analysis monitor to analyze the Diandizhen's treatment on the patient.Results:The therapy group's effective rate is 95.0%,the comparison group is 75.0%.The Diandizhen is effectively on Insomnia.According on PSQI the sleep disorder and during the day the function barrier exceeded obviously that of the comparison group(P＜0.05).According to the standards in the study,the Diabdizhen's efficacy is better on deep sleepand the sleep efficiency.Conclusion:The subjective and objective results show that the Diandizhen treats the Insomnia,is one kind of obvious curative effect.It can increase the total sleep time,adjust sleep structure,increase the deep sleep time and improve the sleep efficiency.It is a new effective treatment methods with the broad future and the promoted Significance.
