Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingganjiangzhi decoction(QGJZ,清肝降脂汤)in treating non—alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:Sixty patients with non—alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group to receive Qingganjiangzhi and control group to receive Dongbaogantai(DBGT,东定肝泰)orally for 3 months.The changes of clinical liver function,blood lipids,B ultrasonic examination were observed.Result:1 The total efficient of the treatment group is 90%,of the control group is 86.7%.The total treatment effect of both groups is similar(P>0.05).2 The treatment group has obvious curative effect on hypochondriac pain, abdominal distention and so on,and there are no adverse reactions.3 Both groups can reduce significantly serum transaminase and blood lipid,and has significant difference on reducing serum triglyceride(P<0.05).4 On lightening the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic.Compared with the control group,the treated group has a better result(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of QGJZ is a litter super to DBGT,but in improving the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises,reducing serum triglyceride(TG),reducing lighting the degree of pathological changes of liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic,QGJZ is much better than DBGT. Therefore,QGJZ is adapt to fatty liver patients with blood stasis and damp-turbid and depression of heat.It can either reduce blood lipid or protect the liver function and reduce serum transaminsase.It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by Clinic experiment.It deserves the clinical expansion.
