| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Huazhuojiedu prescription in treating type 2diabetes mellitus with turbidity content and non-alcoholic fatty liver,the efficacy and safety of huazhuojiedu prescription were evaluated objectively,so as to provide new ideas and methods for TCM treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Method:A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a test group from February 2019 to December2019 in the outpatient department of endocrinology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine.Both groups received routine basic treatment,including health education,diet control,regular exercise and moderate weight loss.In the control group,on the basis of routine basic treatment,0.5g metformin hydrochloride tablets were taken orally,three times a day,30 mg pioglitazone hydrochloride dispersible tablets,once a day,5mg Rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and once a day before going to bed.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the experimental group was combined with turbid detoxification formula for three courses of clinical observation,taking 4 weeks as one course of treatment.The body mass index,blood glucose,blood lipid index and insulin resistance index of the patients were recorded.Finally,the therapeutic effect of this treatment was evaluated according to the score of fatty liver and TCM syndrome score.Results:(1)The degree of fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was improved by combining turbid detoxification prescription.After 12 weeks of treatment,fatty liver was improved to different degrees in both groups.The effective rate of the experimental group was 80% and that of the control group was 46.67%.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Combined turbid detoxification can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with this disease and improve the clinical symptoms.After 12 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total effective rate of TCM treatment,86.67% in the experimental group and 33.33% in the control group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of individual symptoms,the two groups showed different degrees of improvement after treatment,and the score of single symptoms of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,among which the differences were statistically significant in terms of bitter and sticky mouth,full rib distension,tiredness,irritability and sticky stool(P<0.05).(3)In combination with Huazhuojiedu decoction,the insulin resistance index,body mass index,blood lipid and blood glucose of the patients improved better.Results of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)No adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia,gastrointestinal discomfort,lower limb edema,and rash occurred in both groups during the treatment,showing good safety.Conclusion:Joint change chaotic detoxification party treatment turbidity toxin type intrinsic type 2diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease than single western medicine curative effect is distinct,can improve the degree of fatty liver patients,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients obviously,at the same time also can reduce level in patients with insulin resistance,lower blood sugar,blood lipid and body mass index,and the security is good,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
