Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nocturnal Enuresis Of Both Sploon And Kidney Syndrome With Bushen Decoction

Objective:observe and compare the clinical symptoms of enuresis of both spleen and kidney syndrome before and after treatment,objectively evaluate the effect of noctural treatment to enuresis of both spleen and kidney syndrome.Methods:63 cases of enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups which are treatment group and reference group respectively.Children of treatment group are treated with bushen decotion with water.Chinese herbal medicinal formulation the inside have:Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit,Dodder Seed,Epimedium Herb,Milkvetch Root, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit,Chinese Magnolivine Fruit.Decoction is given half an hour after breakfast and supper every day.A course contains 14 days and Children of treatment group went through two consecutive courses.Children of reference group are treaded with decocted suoquanwan decoction.Chinese herbal medicinal formulation the inside have:Combined Spicebush Root,Sharpleaf Galangal Fruit,Common Yan Rhizome.Decoction is given half an hour after breakfast and supper every day.Children of reference group went through two consecutive courses.Before therapy,age,sex,course,and etc,the elementary data should be compared,but it is nothing with statistics.That is said the two groups could be compared. During these time,treatment should be stopped if any child deteriorates or appearance of serious complications,including the symptom of enuresis,hypno-depth,urination and defecation.Information are collected during the course of treatment and the results are assessed.Results:Through two consecutive courses,treatment group can improve the symptom of enuresis and hypno-depth,the main aspect of curative effect and principle symptom,such as pykno-urination,light-urination,wispy-bowel and etc.The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.63%while the rate of reference group is 87.10%.There is hardly any obvious difference between results of two groups(p＞0.05).The treatment group had better performance in unny stools,week vein and other slight symptoms.Treatment group had better result than reference group in curing frequency and clearance of urination.The results of two groups had no significant difference in terms of treating depth of sleep,tongue moss and enuresis.Recurrence rate of treatment group is 0 eight weeks after treatment while rate of reference group is 12.90%.There is significant difference(p＜0.05)Conclusion:1.Bushen decotion treatment of enuresis in children can significantly improve their symptoms,signs.2.Bushen dection treatment is more effective for the depth of sleep, runny stools,weak vein than suoquan pill;3.Recurrence rate of treatment group is 0 eight weeks after treatment.
