Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Erythrodermic Psoriasis Of Joint Avi A Capsules

Objective:Erythroderma psoriaticum is a rare and serious disease.By analysing the results of Erythroderma Psoriaticum treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy and Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Therapy, we investigate the possible etiology and the effect of therapy, and try to find a more effective way to treat this disease.Methods:We collected 50cases of patients with erythroderma psoriaticum during 2006 to 2009 whose data were analyzed retrospectively and compared.Results:1.Within the 50 cases,the proportion of male and female is 1.6:1;the average age of the patients is 51;the medical history of erythroderma psoriaticum is 3 month to 42 years.2.Among those causing factors,the stimulation of external using medicine is the most common factor.3.The effective proportion of Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Therapy is obviously higher than Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy,and the side effect occurring proportion is also high.Conclusions: The effective proportion of Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Therapy is obviously higher than Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy,and the side effect occurring proportion is also high,which shows that the Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Therapy is a better way to treat erythroderma psoriaticum. Although the proportion of side effect occurrence is higher compared with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy, it's still lower than simple western medicine therapy reported in domestic journal.
