Study On The Treatment Of SAP By Integrated Traditional And Western Medicine

Objective: The combination of qingyi soup and compound prescription salvia miltiorrhiza inoculation fluid with the western medical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is recommended in this paper. And the clinical curative effect of the therapy on SAP by integrated traditional and western medicine was evaluated; meanwhile an objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect by integrated traditional and western medicine to treat the SAP was summarized.Methods: Based on the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis proposed by surgical society of Chinese in 2006.We collected 56 cases of SAP in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from Jan 1997 to Dec 2007 to make a retrospective research. According to the different therapies, we divided the group into conventional therapy group (control group) and integrated traditional and western medicine therapy group (therapy group), contrasting two groups'recovery of abdominal symptoms, signs, blood and urine amylase enzyme, and comparing the cure rate and the efficient rate.Results: 1. The recovery of abdominal symptoms, signs, blood and urine amylase enzyme of the therapy group is faster than that of the control group.2. The operation rate of acute phase transit of therapy group is significantly lower than that of control group, and the complications (pancreatic infection, pancreatic pseudocyst) are obviously less than those of the control group.3. The cure rate and efficient rate of the therapy group is higher than those of the control group.Conclusions: 1.To treat the SAP patient by integrated traditional and western medicine will reach a curative effect. And it can obviously reduce the death rate, surgery rate, pancreatic infection and the incidence of complications.2. With the treatment of Traditional Chinese and western medicine in gallstone pancreatitis, the Operation rate of the acute phase transit can be effectively reduced , the non-intestinal infection rate will be decreasing , the duration of SAP will be significantly reduced and the cure rate and efficiency will be enhanced , in addition , it will be more efficient to adjust the amount of rhubarb in accordance with conditions.3. Massive clinical research indicated that using the method of integrated traditional and western medicine to treat the SAP can obtain a better clinical curative effect. It plays a pivotal role in the restoration of intestinal peristalsis, the protection of intestinal mucosa, the reduction of the incidence of intestinal bacterial infections and toxins absorbed and the improvement of the pancreatic blood circulation.4.
