The duck embryo is the vitalital egg that is fertilized in special technics. The duck embryo not only has the rich nutrients, and the duck embryo also has the certain function effect. It plays vital role on nutrition health care, preventing and treating disease. The home concentrates to the duck embryo's research in the developmental biology and duck's disease control aspect, the effect study aspect research are few. Effect of Cherry valley SM3 duck and Shandong hemp duck on immunological founction and abilitiy of anti-fatigue and anti-aging of mice,determine the efficient and scientific best amount of day. The experimental study and the result are as follows:1.The mice stomach was infused for 30 days with fresh duck embryo suspension(FDES) which were produced by the Cherry valley SM3 duck and Shandong hemp duck. To investigate the effects of duck embryo on immunological function of mice, some tests were performed such as the spleen indices test, the hemolysin assay test, the macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index test ,theDTH,Antibody formation cell experiment. the Cherry valley SM3 duck could significantly raise the spleen index, increase HC50 in serum, improve the phagocytotic function of peritoneal macrophage macrophage phagocytosis, hemolysin antibodyin mice .The research indicated that the Cherry valley SM3 duck of FDES could significantly enhance the immunity function of mice, with the degree varying. The 16th of day is the best in total results on the immunity function. Shandong hemp duck could raise the spleen index , hemolysin antibody in mice. The 14th of day is the best in total results.2. Studying the anti-fatigue effect of the Cherry valley SM3 duck and Shandong hemp duck. Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups. After30d,the loaded-swimming time was recorded, HG,Serum LDH activity, BUN and blood LD were measured. The result showed that the Cherry valley SM3 duck could delay the swimming time,increase of serum LDH activity and liver glycogen, and decrease of serum BUN and LD in swimming mice. The 16th day duck embryo was the best. the Cherry valley SM3 duck embryo can promote the abilities of anti-fatigue of mice.Shandong hemp duck could Significantiy delay the swimming time. decrease of serum BUN with the degree varying. The 14thday duck embryo was the best. 3. Studying the anti-aging effect of the Cherry valley SM3 duck and Shandong hemp duck. After30d,measured SOD,MDA and GSH-Px. The result showed that the Cherry valley SM3 duck couid decrease of serum MDA and increase of serum SOD,GSH-Pxactivity and liver glycogen. the Cherry valley SM3 duck embryo can promote the abilities of anti-aging of mice. The 16 th day duck embryo was the best.
