The chicken embryo is the vitalital egg that is fertilized in special technics. The chickenen embryo not only has the rich nutrients, and the chickenen embryo also has the certain function effect. It plays vital role on nutrition health care, preventing and treating disease. It is edible in the folk, and is usually considered as the nutrition, high quality supplements and illness treatment. Effect of chicken embryo on immunological founction and abilitiy of anti-fatigue and anti-aging of mice,determine the efficient and scientific best amount of lavage and day,To study the immunomodulatory cffcct of chickenen embryo on the immunity-dcficicncy micc,and find out the best combined ratio and dosage.1. The mice stomach was infused for 30 days with cooked chicken embryo suspension (CCES) and fresh chicken embryo suspension(FCES) which were produced by the methods of lyophilization and coddling. To investigate the effects of chickenen embryo on immunological function and anti-fatigue of mice, some tests were performed such as the spleen indices test, the hemolysin assay test, the macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index test ,the abilitiy of anti-fatigue test and the exhausted swimming time test ect. The result showed that both FCES and CCES could significantly raise the spleen index, increase HC50 in serum , improve the phagocytotic function of peritoneal macrophage and delay the swimming time. The research indicated that FCES and CCES could significantly enhance the immunity function and abilitiy of anti-fatigue of mice, with the degree varying. FCES is the best in total results on anti-fatigue.2. To study the antifatigue effect of Taihe Silky Fowl embryo. Two hundred and sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into thirteen groups, experiment groups of chicken embryo for 0d,6d,10d,14d at does of 4.8 g/(kg·d),2.4g/(kg·d),1.2g/(kg·d),and the physiological salt watergroup. After30d,the loaded-swimming time was recorded, HG,Serum LDH activity, BUN and blood LD were measured. The result showed that Taihe chicken embryo could delay the swimming time,increase of serum LDH activity and liver glycogen, and decrease of serum BUN and LD in swimming mice. 10 day chicken embryo was the best. Taihe Silky Fowl embryo can promote the abilities of anti-fatigue of mice. 3. Study of effects of Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng on immunological function in Mice.Observing macrophage phagocytosis, hemolysin antibody and cellproliferation of lymphocytes. Result: The shows that Chicken Embryo group, Ginseng group, Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng combined group all can improve the lack of alertness and activities the lack of shining of fur and reducement of diet and weight .Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng raised the spleen index ,macrophage phagocytosis, hemolysin antibody and cellproliferation of B in mice significantly in immunonodepreesed mice. It is the best combined ratio of 5 to 6 between Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng to improve the immunity function. Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng can significantly enhance the non-specific,cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.It was suggested that Chicken Embryo combined with Ginseng may be an effective immunomodulating agent.
