Study Background:Organ transplantation is one of the most important medical achievements in the 20th century and it is very meaningful for saving the loss of organ function or failure of the patient's life. For the current medical technology, organ transplantation is the only way of saving patients with loss of organ function or failure. In the 1970s, with the development of medical technology, especially in recent decades, since the surgery develops fast, such as vascular anastomosis techniques, immunosuppressive drugs, preserving technology of organ and cell transplantation or immunology, organ transplantation techniques have enjoyed great development. Although China's organ transplant technology starts late comparatively, transplantation technology has reached the international advanced level after the rapid development in the last century, and China has become the second largest county of organ transplantation following the United States.However, during the development of organ transplantation, there was controversy on legality and morality all the time. People of different culture, religion or religious ethic have discrepant opinions on this subject. Nowadays , countries all over the world admit its legality and make laws to regulate organ transplantation. At present, the legal construction of organ transplantation in our country has received progress, as "the Management in Clinical Application of Human Organ Transplant " and "Human Organ Transplant Ordinance, " were published, it playes a positive role in standardizing our country's organ transplantation. But the two regulations can not solve all the problems, it still faces with the lack of corresponding legal protection, a serious shortage of organ donors, confusion of organ transplant management, lack of fairness and so on. Therefore, through the analysis of these questions, making suggestions through a variety of ways to adjust the various organ transplant relations, that all can promote the development of China's organ transplantation, save the lives of patients with organ damage, and improve their quality of life.Study Objective:Though the discussion about conditions of organ transplantation in our country, the influencing factors of organ transplant are not technical problems but the social, ethical, legal and other issues. Through researchment, find solutions to these problems and make relevant recommendations, in order to ensure the healthy development of organ transplantation in our countryStudy Contents:1, the current conditions and the development of organ transplantation;2, organ transplant-related issues;3, dilemma of organ transplantation in our county;4, solutions and proposals of organ transplant-related issues.Research Methods:Material Review. Literature review on the current conditions of organ transplantation in our country, induced problems, and then summarize the difficulties faced by research. Give personal views and suggestions on the basis of study.Suggestions:1, regulate organ transplantation, and make reasonable organ transplantation legitimate;2, improve the organ transplant laws and regulations;3, make brain death laws as soon as possible, in order to improve the quantity and quality of organ transplant donor;4, a variety of means to increase donor sources;5, set up practical procedures and systems in order to ensure the fairness of organ transplantation6, strictly prohibit organ trade, and combat crime of rgan transplant.
