The Clinical Research On Expelling Wind, Eliminating Sputum, Moisturizing Dryness, Relieving Sore-throat Treatment Of The Wind Phlegm Drying Syndrome Of Laryngeal Cough

Objective: Through investigating laryngeal Cough Syndrome type distribution, revealled the differentiating zheng characteristic of wind phlegm drying Syndrome, evaluated the curative effect of expelling wind,eliminating sputum,moisturizing dryness,relieving sore-throat treatment of the wind phlegm drying Syndrome,for providing mirror of the laryngeal Cough.Methods: The laryngeal cough Patient as the object of this observation, collecting its four diagnostic information to classify as wind and sputum accumulated hot Syndrome, wind phlegm dried Syndrome , yin deficiency with wind Syndrome, yin deficiency cause blood knot Syndrome, summarizing its general distribution. randomly select 60 patients of wind phlegm drying Syndrome ,divided into treatment group 30 cases (use expelling wind,eliminating sputum,moisturizing dryness,relieving sore-throat treatment) and the control group 30 cases (with xuanmaiganjie granules). 7 days as one course of treatment, observing 2 course of treatment.Clinical symptoms and visual analogue scale as the evaluations.Result: (1)The laryngeal Cough Syndrome type distribution:collected 240 cases of laryngeal Cough ,55 cases are wind and sputum accumulated hot Syndrome,lll cases are wind phlegm dried Syndrome ,38 cases are in deficiency with wind Syndrome ,24 cases are yin deficiency cause blood knot Syndrome , 12 cases are other Syndrome .(2) Evaluation of clinical efficacy: In the treatment group ,5 cases recovery,10 cases markedly effective, 11cases effective, 2cases of invalid.The total effective rate is 92.9%; In the control group ,1case recovery, 4 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 13 cases of invalid. The total efficiency rate is 51.8%. Through tested the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that. (3) Clinical symptoms assess: The efficacy of the reatment group was superior to the control group in the main symptoms such as cough, pharyngeal itching, stethocatharsis.The decoction was safe, all patients with no adverse reactions.Conclusion: The wind phlegm drying Syndrome is the mian type of Laryngeal Cough. Wind phlegm drying Syndrome has unique manifest .Expelling wind,eliminating sputum,moisturizing dryness,relieving sore-throat treatment can significantly ease the cough, pharyngeal itching, stethocatharsis and reduce visual analogue scale.
