| At the beginning of this article,This article primitively describe the immune and nonimmune factors related with why the Chronic Allograft Nephropathy(hereinafter using abbreviation CAN) happen,the prevention and treatment CAN inexperiment research and clinic.Then summarize the composition,pharmacological functions, prevention and treatment in CAN of Baoshenpian.Eventually This article observe the curative effect of the Baoshenpian's prevention and treatment in CAN inchinic.Aim:Observe the curative effect of the Baoshenpian's prevention and treatment in CAN in chinic to provide more evidence for the therapeutic effects of Boshenpian for CAN in its further clinical application.Means:The data in this paper is collected from 10 cases visiting Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from Aug 2008 to Feb 2009.10 of them were diagnosed as CAN,who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria.These 10 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely treatment group and control group(5 cases for each).After diagnosis,immunosuppressant amount were adjusted according to the drug concentration on all patients to control their blood lipid and pressure.On this basis,4 pieces of Baoshenpian were given to patients in treatment group,3 times a day while on plus drug given to the control group.The whole course of treatment was 3 months.Transplanted kidney needle biopsy was carried out before and after 3 months treatment.The changes before and after in blood routine,urine routine, hepatic and renal function,renal pathology,TGF-β1 mRNA in biopsy tissues of transplanted kidney,the expressuion of TGF-β1 by immunofluorescence assay were recorded and statistically processed with SPSS17.0.The experimental data were expressed by x±s.Consequence:1.Baoshenpian can alleviate the renal dysfunction by CAN;2. Baoshenpian can decrease the expression of TGF2-β1 in transplanted kidney.Conclusion:Baoshenpian can alleviate the renal dysfunction by CAN while decrease the expression of TGF-β1 in transplanted kidney.
