The Role Of Prescription In Alleviation Of Toxicity

With the deeply understanding of Chinese herbal medicine,whose rational application still had many questions,the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine have gradually been payed attention.A lot of literature on this issue have conducted this kind of research in-depth.The concept of drugs have meanings in the literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica.This article mainly discusses the "toxicity" in the literature of Materia Medica and extends to the application of Prescription in alleviation of toxicity and improving safety with a specific experiment to prove the view of this article.In this paper, the property of a medicine in accordance with its strength is divided into four levels, namely the toxicity of the narrow, drastic action, narrow bias and neutral naturede, and the first three have been attributed to the "Reducing the toxicity" category.Thereby,we can clearly understand the difference between the property and the bias.It is an important method for Prescription to ensure security of herbal medicine .We provides a more profound theoretical basis for the theory from constraints of drug toxicity, compatibility contrary complementary theory to correct the bias of drugs and alleviating the drastic action. Tiaowei chengqitang,representative of ZHANG ZhongJjing, is modified from Dachengqitang. Rhubarb,with the property of bitter cold, is often used as model drug for insufficiency of the spleen,so that in this experiment,we can explore the liquorice on the restoration of spleen deficiency in mice,which comes from such an idea,in order to prove the liquorice's corrective role.The selected indicators in this experiment: the growth rate of body weight, thymus index, spleen index, CAT, GSH-PX, have more comprehensively reflected the immune function, oxidation system which are important indicators of the degree of deficiency. The results showed that liquorice deficiency in mice has an important role in the restoration of deficiency in mice which has been induced by he rhubarb and Glauber's salt.Pathological section shows liquorice can mitigate rhubarbfor's stimulation to the stomach and intestinal.Through a series of systematic literature data, theoretical exploration and related experimental study, we can found in traditional Chinese medicine Prescription has an important role in alleviation of toxicity.In the future we should also have a wide range research on this question from the basic theory of Chinese medicine as far as possible, to seek to exert the characteristics of Chinese medicine, to seek mutual authentication, mutual promotion and development with modern theory.
