The Research On Spectral Rules Of Acupoints' Optimization And Compatibility To Treat Cough Based On The Periodical And Literature Data

Purpose: This subject use cough as the main research content.This subject to explore the rules of acupoints acupuncture treatment of cough,in order to optimize acupoints compatibility rule system combing and mining clinical acupuncture treatment of cough,to seek a breakthrough for the acupuncture treatment of cough.Methods:On the basis of the Chinese CNKI,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and VIP these three Chinese database and pubmed foreign language database.Search related literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cough since 1949,and collectand arrangement,so as to establish the literature database.Excerpts from each of the articles mentioned in the literature database of prescription,and input the results to the Microsoft Excel by hand,and build the prescription database.Through the data mining technology in data analysis using TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software,using TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software,explore the acupoint treatment of cough frequency,acupoints meridian acupoints-Part correlation,correlation,correlation between acupoints-specific acupoints,acupoints compatibility frequency,content optimization acupint compatibility law,so as to find optimal acupoints of acupuncture in treating cough and compatibility of the law,the final form of law and the rule of disease spectrum spectrum of acupoints.Results: After finishing,a total of 321 prescriptions for acupuncture treatment of cough were collected,involving 100 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1644 times,covering 14 meridians.Frequency analysis results of acupoints:Feishu,Lieque,Dazhui,Fengmen,Tiantu,Hegu,Zusanli,Chize,Danzhong and Fenglong are in the majority;Correlation analysis of meridians:Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin are the representatives;Correlation analysis of position: the back and upper limb acupoints are the main ones;the specific points analysis results: five Shu acupoints and the back Shu point are common;Acupoints Compatibility Analysis: Feishu,Lieque;Feishu,Dazhui;Fengmen,Feishu;Feishu,Hegu;Feishu,Danzhong are the highest degree in compatibility.Conclusion: Selection of acupoints for acupuncture treatment of cough: Feishu is the first choice and the selected points along the meridians and the specific acupoints.According to the result,compatibility of acupoints is primarily based on position,including the selection of the near point and the far point selection.
