Effect Of Yiqi-huoxue Formula To Recur Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To observe the recur of peptic ulcer in two groups by following up the person whose peptic ulcer curred.To explore the mechanism of action of the Yiqi-huoxue Formula to decrease the recur rate of peptic ulcer,to analyze the relationship between quality of ulcer healing(QOUH) and the recur of peptic ulcer by analyzing the clinical symptom,detecting the express of VEGF,bFGF,HSP70,PGE₂ in blood serum, observing under gastroscope,evaluating the regenerate mucosa maturity in endoscope,evaluating the regenerate mucosa maturity in histology,investigating the correlation factors about recur of peptic ulcer,Methods:To observe the recur of curred peptic ulcer in one year by following up the 30 person whose peptic ulcer curred.To observe the condition of recur of peptic ulcer in two groups by analyzing the clinical symptom,detecting the express of VEGF,bFGF,HSP70,PGE₂ in blood serum,observing under gastroscope and investigating the correlation factors about recur of peptic ulcer.In anterior research,to heal the patients who are troubled with peptic ulcer with the Yiqi-huoxue Formula in treatment group and Omeprazole in control group.If Hp is positive,the Trigeminy(Omeprazole,Clarithromycin Amoxicillin)is administration.Results:â‘ The recur rate of peptic ulcer of TCM treatment group is low to control group,but there is no statistically significant.The extent of clinical symptom of the patients whose ulcer recur under gastroscope of TCM treatment group is lower than the control group.The time of recur of clinical symptom of TCM treatment group is longer than the control group.The recur rate of peptic ulcer of the good regenerate mucosa maturity in histology is low to the less well.The recur rate of PU of degree of Sc in endoscope is lower than the degree of Sb and Sa.The recur rate of PU of the patients whose Hp was eradicated is lower than the person whose Hp was not eradicated.â‘¡The express of VEGF,bFGF,HSP70,PGE₂ in blood serum of TCM treatment group is higher than control group.The express of VEGF,bFGF,HSP70 in blood serum of the patients whose ulcer recur is higher than the person whose ulcer do not recur.The express of PGE₂ in blood serum of the patients whose ulcer recur is lower than the person whose ulcer do not recur,but there is no statistically significant.â‘¢There is no statistically significant in relation factors between TCM treatment group and control group.The score of relation factors of the patients whose ulcer recur is higher than the person whose ulcer do not recur.Conclusion:The Yiqi-huoxue Formula can decrease the recur rate of peptic ulcer and elevate the QOUH and can improve the clinical symptom.Its mechanism possibly relation to increase the express of VEGF,bFGF,HSP70,PGE₂,to promote angiogenesis and protect the gastric mucosa.
