| Objective: By clinical research of internal and external application of TongGuan Decoction combined tonifying the kidney and regulating the cycle treating chronic tubal inflammatory infertility (CTII), Clearing and Draining and Dredging uttering mechanism, this topic is intend to prove the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic principles, discover its mechanism, and thereby learn the essential program and method of clinical scientific research .Method:In clinical study, 44 patients with CTII were selected according to diagnostic criterion. Defining three menstruation cycle as a period of treatment, the pregnancy rate and improvement of symptoms and signs are counted after three periods in succession.Results:The clinical study indicated that 34% of cure rate and 95.45% of effective rate according to this therapeutic method. At the same time, the curative effect has connection with course of treatment,age of infertility and degre. It hasn't connection with age, history and class.Conclusion: This treatment was proved efficient in the clinical practice. In addition, owing to the treatment is more convenient and inexpensive and there isn't side-effect, there will be capacious outlook in treating sterility. |
