Tongguan Decoction Combined Internal External Therapy For Treatment Of Fallopian Tube Infertility Clinical Research

Objective:Study the therapeutic effect of the internal and external combined Tongguan decoction therapy for Tubal factor infertility.Investigate the mechanism by observing the tubal patency,clinical symptom,pregnancy rate and comprehensive efficacy.Methods:63 samples of tubal factor infertility patients caused by deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups:A,Per os(P.O.);B,enema therapy;C,Combined therapy.For group A,patients were given 100ml Tongguan decoction every morning and night Per os.For group B,patients were given 200ml Tongguan decoction every night through enema therapy.For group C,Combined therapy with A and B.The therapy was temporary paused during menstruation periodall and patients were given Jingqi decoction.All the groups were treated with three courses with each course of 4 weeks.Observe the tubal patency,clinical symptom,pregnancy rate and comprehensive efficacy before and after treatment.The results were analyzed by spss23.0.Results:1.tubal patency:the improvement rate after treatment was 15%,35.89%,64.10%respectively.The improvement rate of group C was significantly higher than Group A and B(P<0.05).The improvement rate of group B was significantly higher than Group A(P<0.05).2.Syndrome score:the syndrome score of all the patients were ameliorated after treatment.The Syndrome score efficiency was 80.96%.90.48%.95.24%、respectively.The efficiency of group C was significantly higher than Group A and B(P<0.05).No differences were observed between group A and B(P>0.05).3.pregnancy rate:The pregnancy rate was 19.05%.14.28%.38.10%,respectively.The pregnancy rate of group C was significantly higher than Group A and B(P<0.05).No differences were observed between group A and B(P>0.05).The pregnant time after treatment showed no difference between each group(P>0.05).4.comprehensive efficacy:the comprehensive efficacy after treatment was 76.19%,71.42%,85.71%,respectively.The comprehensive efficacy of group C was significantly higher than Group A and B(P<0.05).No differences were observed between group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Tongguandecoctiontherapy showed better therapeutic effect for Tubal factor infertility.The clinical outcome of the internalandexterrnalcombined Tongguandecoctiontherapy was better than the P.O.or enema therapy on the tubal patency,clinical symptom,pregnancy rate and comprehensive efficacy.The intemalandexternalcombined Tongguandecoctiontherapy is worthy of clinical applications.
