Magnetic resonance spectroscopy is only invasive method that can detect tissue metablism, biochemical circomstance and make quantitative analysis of compound in live body. It can collect the signal of compond in any interested area. It can reach the purpose for ration measure and analysis of metablism in human body by reflecting the function relation curve between signal intensity and resonance frequency.Because many metablism in body is compose of hydrogen proton that comparated to other spin nucleus have high tissue concentration, nature abandant, and differancial space constrution in any compound, we can abtain the spectroscopy by the hydrogen befell resonance frequency excursion. Based on the center of resonance frequency (ascertain compond), highness(signal intensity), half high width(denotation wave crest acutance,chemical displacement eatent),underside area of wave crest (denotation compond content), shape and wave crest symmetry et al, we can analyse the spectroscopy. Delayed neuropsychological sequelae(DNS) after carbon monoxide poisoning is one of more serious disease that appear a series of nerve spirit symptom such as dementia, spirit abnormity after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. We do not make the complicated mechanism of DNS clear. Research indicated:brain tissue lack of blood and oxygen result in metablization and funtion abnormity,whole blood viscidity and red blood cell pigeonhole height, Fas,FasL,Bax gene protain expression promote brain cell apoptosis, NO (nitric oxide) and NOS (nitric oxide synthase ) have some effect during DNS.If DNS take place, all clinical treatment might have no effect. The key is early diagnosis, active prevention. Application of MRS offer a new method for research on metablism change in DNS. Accordingly, probing into representation of MRS in DNS have more significance for clinical medicine.Objective:Study on the area under peak and comparative value of each parameter (NAA ,Cho, Lac, Cr,β,γ-Glx, Lip et al)level and change. Probe into each parameter have significant value for diagnosis in DNS.Methods:MRI and PRESS were performed in 34 DNS patients and 40 healthy volunteers. The area of the peak of each organic compound and comparative value were obtained in each volume of interest. Also the wave crest distributing fig.Results:The data spectra abtained from patients showed NAA (881±76),Cho (2352±86),β,γGlx (3024±187); NAA/Cr (0.57±0.08) ,Cho/Cr (2.4±0.08), Lac/Cr( 0±0.11),β,γGlx/Cr ( 2.17±0.07). Compared to control group,β,γGlx,β,γGlx/Cr,Cho and Cho/Cr in DNS group significantly increased(P<0.05), but NAA and NAA/Cr significantly decreased(P<0.05). In spectroscopy,the Lip evaluated peak in 0.9~1.40 ppm were detected.Conclusion:Our data indicated:γGlxβ,γGlx/Cr,Cho and Cho/Cr significantly increased(P<0.05), but NAA and NAA/Cr significantly decreased(P<0.05). Lack of blood and oxygen, loss of function of nerve cell and nerve cell necrosis or apoptosis might result in NAA and NAA/Cr decrease. Choline taken off , compounded increase in cell membrane of parenchyma and mesenchyma might cause Cho and Cho/Cr increase. Because of abnomal neurotransmitter,β,γGlx/Cr﹥2.0,β,γGlx andβ,γGlx/Cr MIGHTincrease。In some extent, the change of each parameter may have some value on DNS diagnosis.
