| Objective To explore the predictive value of NLR at presentation for DNS in CO poisoning. Methods A retrospective study analyze the data of 180 patients in the emergency department of Tangshan Workers Hospital due to acute CO poisoning from Oct.1th,2016 to Dec.31 st,2020.They were divided into two groups by DNS,including 49 patients(DNS group)and 122 patients(non-DNS group). The clinical statistics and laboratory indicators of ACOP were collected, and NLR was calculated. The effect of NLR value on DNS could be analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. The best value of NLR was established by the ROC,and the sensitivity, specificity and Kappa value were competed. Results 1 The WBC,NEUT,NLR value and the proportion of acute encephalopathy on DW-MRI in DNS group were taller than in non-DNS group, while LY was lower(P<0.05).2 The univariate analysis discovered that the NLR in DNS group was meaningfully higher than that in non-DNS group(P<0.05),and high NLR was a risk factor for DNS(OR=10.461,95%CI: 4.375-25.012,P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression shown that high NLR was still a risk factor for DNS(OR=3.681,95CI%: 1.852-7.315).3 The AUC of NLR was computed as 0.866.The best value of NLR was 7.56,which had a sensitivity of 92.45% and a specificity of 66.93%.Kappa value was 0.491.The forecast outcomes were dependable and moderate consistent with the real results. Conclusion 1 The level of NLR in patients with DNS were increased, and the increase of NLR level was an independent risk factor for the occurrence of DNS.2 The NLR at presentation could predict DNS to a certain extent, and could be used as a reference norm for clinical estimate.Figure1;Table7;Reference 168... |
