The Study Of Feitai Capsule On The Impact Of Dendritic Cell Function During The Chemotherapy Of Stage Ⅳ NSCLC

Objective:To proke into the effect of Capsule Feita on the stageⅣNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) patients with NP chemotherapy.Methods:60 cases of patients with stageⅣNSCLC,divided into experimental and control groups randomly,with each group 30 cases.The experimental group used both Feitai Capsule and NP chemotherapy,the control group using NP chemotherapy only.Using flow cytometry to detected the values of CD83,CD86,HLA-DR of peripheral blood at pre-treatment,one cycle of treatment,two cycles after treatment.Results:There were no significance statistically in age,gender,pathological type,initial treatment, retreatment,the composition of metastatic sites,KPS,peripheral blood CD83,CD86,HLA-DR.And there were with significance in peripheral DC marker of CD83,CD86,HLA-DR.It was highly enhanced in experimental group and control group in comparing pre-treatment,one cycle and two cycles after treatment.The value of CD83,CD86 is significantly higher in experimental group,and is with time-dependent(P=0.013,P=0.019).Apparently the value of HLA-DR is little higher than the control group,but without significance(P=0.232).Subgroup analysis showed that both the experimental group or control group,DC surface molecules of peripheral blood in effective clinical treatment patients is much higher than the rate of progress in group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:1.Feitai Capsule combined with chemotherapy could be enhance their antigen-presenting function by further sophisticated to DC in peripheral blood,then enhancing anti-tumor immunity,and was time-dependent.2.Feitai Capsule could improve the quality of life and immune function of NSCLC patients with stageⅣafter chemotherapy,however it could not increase clinical efficacy by NP chemotherapy.
