The Clinical Research Of Tongmai Granule' Cure To Coronary Heart Disease With Syndrome Of Qi-deficiency Blood Stasis And Influence To C-reactive Protein

Objective:The objective was to observe the preventive and curative effect of Tongmai Granule on CHD(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) and influence of C-reactive Protein, furthermore to discuss the mechanism of Tongmai Granule to CHD(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) and CRP for the purpose of figuring out Chinese medicine' new intervention program for preventing and curing coronary heart disease.Methods:A sample recruiting 58 cases of CHD patients was randomly divided into trial(30) and control(28) group.The subjects were treated by Tongmai Granule in trial group and Imdur,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Simvastatin Tablets for control group separately. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups and the changes of CRP after 4 weeks' treatment and then analyze statistically based on observed data.Results:The validity of treatment were 76.7%and 67.9%for trial and control group separately,however it was not significant statistically(P＞0.05).A obvious decrease of Nitroglycerin was estimated without any differences between two groups(P＞0.05).The total validity of Holter were 80.0%and 71.4%for trial and control separately although it was not different significantly.We found a evident decrease of CRP after treatment(P＜0.01),and significant differences between two groups by T-test(P＜0.05).The total validity of Chinese medicine for trial group was 86.7%with a 57.1%higher than control group significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The Tongmai Granule was proved to be effective to alleviate the clinical symptom of CHD(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis),reduce the clinical application of Nitroglycerin and improve the clinical effectiveness of Holter which were similar as western medicine.2.Tongmai Granule effectively reduced CRP of CHD(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) patients.3.The Tongmai Granule was proved to be effective to improve the clinical symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is superior to western medicine.4.Tongmai granule in the treatment dosage had no significant side effects and adverse reactions.
