Objective: To study the relationship between levels of blood serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and Uric acid (UA), the degree of cardiac function and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes in patients with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), so as to provide a laboratory diagnosis basis for the differentiation-classification of TCM syndromes of CHD, and to evaluate the prognosis of different TCM syndromes.Method: 1. To select patients with CHD according to criterion of diagnose and TCM syndromes differentiation-classification from 《The principle in clinic study of TCP(try line)》 (in 2002) , and to choose 120 patients with heart-blood stasis(HBS), accumulation of phlegm-dampness(APD), deficiency of both qi and yin(DBQY), and deficiency of heart-kidney yang (DHKY) . 2.To test serum hs-CRP and UA levels of them, at the same time classify the patients according to cardiac function degree of NYHA.3.To analyze the index and degree of cardiac function with statistical method, and study the relationship between them with TCM syndromes in CHD.
