| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Granule on angina pectoris patients after PCI of phlegm and blood stasis type,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Tongmai Jiangzhuo granule in the treatment of angina pectoris patients after PCI.Materials and methods:In this study,68 patients in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and Benxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected to meet the project inclusion criteria.The test time was limited to April 1,2018 to September 30,2019.The treatment group(Tongmai Jiangzhuo granule group)and the control group(placebo group)were treated for 8 weeks on the basis of maintaining the routine western medicine unchanged before entering the group Before and after the two groups of patients with blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL,HDL),hs CRP,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome score,Seattle Angina scale score,angina efficacy score differences and related safety indicators and the probability of end-point events.Software SPSS17.0 The version is used for the professional statistical analysis of the test data of this trial,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment scheme for patients with angina pectoris after PCI after the intervention of Tongmai Jiangzhuo granules.Result: 1.Blood lipid: after 8 weeks of treatment,LDL and TC in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05);HDL and TG: there was no significant difference before and after treatment in the treatment group(P > 0.05).2.Hs CRP: after 8 weeks of treatment,the change of hs CRP index in the treatment group showed a downward trend compared with that before treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.01),and with significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.01).3.TCM syndrome score of phlegm,turbid and blood stasis: after 8 weeks of treatment,it was found that the TCM syndrome score of phlegm,turbid and blood stasis in the treatment group was lower than that before(P < 0.01),and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P < 0.01).4.The score of Seattle Angina scale: after 8 weeks of treatment,the score of Seattle Angina scale in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P < 0.01).5.The score of angina pectoris effect: after 8 weeks of treatment,the score of angina pectoris effect in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P < 0.01).6.The routine examination given by all subjects,such as blood routine examination,urine routine examination,12 lead routine ECG examination,blood sampling examination of patients' liver and kidney function,all of the above indicators did not show abnormal changes,no serious adverse reactions and safety tips were good.Conclusion: 1.Tongmai Jiangzhuo granule can reduce the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the blood lipid of the patients after PCI,but it has little effect on the triglyceride and high density lipoprotein in the blood lipid,at the same time,it can reduce the hs CRP of the patients.2.Tongmai Jiangzhuo granule has obvious therapeutic effect on the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome such as vertigo,head weight such as wrapping,chest tightness,mouth greasiness and limb numbness heaviness after PCI.Meanwhile,it can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent.3.Tongmai Jiangzhuo granule has good clinical safety and no obvious adverse reactions. |
