Objective: the prescription of shuxin capsule roots in professor Wang zhongnan's experience prescription. The prescription demonstrating experiments of preparation technics, main researches of medicine effect and toxicology have been done. I have finished the experiments and researches of shu xin capsule on chronic toxicology about the big mouse womb, the ovary, the testicle, the epididymis during my master degree study. I also provided evidences to the shuxin capsule into the period of clinic experimentation .Methods: According to the"technic request for the pro-clinic Pharmacology and Toxicology Research of new Medicine"issued by National Food Drugs Surveillance Administrative bureau, the prescription adopts the method of filling the shuxin capsules into stomach to kunming little mouse and wister big mouse with different dosage. And we observered these experimented mice for seven days and 120 days to know the reaction of chronic toxicology.Results: the result of animal chronic toxicology test for shuxin capsule is that these tested mice had no abnormal diversification in the aspects of commonly behavior, growth, the hematology target, the blood biochemistry target, viscera modulus of the womb, the ovary, the testicle, the epididymis and the test result of pathology.Conclusion: it is very safe that people take shuxin capsule in the dosage of test and heve no harm to the function of liver and kidney. from the pathology slice we can learn that the cells and structure of the womb, the ovary, the testicle, the epididymis in the high dosage group and the counterpart group are all normal during the test period as well as the recovery period.
